If you're having trouble getting or sending mail right now, it's because of a technical problem with Gmail. Google confirmed via a post from their Twitter account that the service has not yet normalized for some Gmail users. Gmail users from different countries of the world including India are experiencing this problem.

Problem sending mail:
Gmail's server is down because users are having the most trouble sending mail. All other Google services are working properly. However, it is reported that there are many users coming together.

Lockdown has increased the number of users:
Lockdown is now taking place in many parts of the world due to the Coronavirus. As a result, everyone is now locked up and working from home. There are so many users coming together to work in Gmail. The pressure on the server increased. The company is trying to solve this problem soon.

WhatsApp Status Time Limit changed to reduce server pressure: A few days ago WhatsApp reduced the status time limit for Indians. WABetaInfo, the website that updates all WhatsApp news reports, said that WhatsApp has changed the schedule for posting videos on their WhatsApp status. In this case, no large video status of 5 seconds can be uploaded in India. The report says that this feature is only for Indian users.
